un happy vitality customer

im utterly dissapointed in vitality, my last cash back i received on my healthy foods was the 17th of July today its the 31st of August and i just called a consultant now and was advise that my healthy foods cash back for the month of August is R179.53 im utterly disappointment because i have bought numerous amounts of healthy foods from 17 July until 30th August i evens bought veggies this morning also.
