*****ulent deduction for products I don't have

I have just found an ******* deduction of R329 on my bank account despite having NO accounts with Discovery. I tried complaining to their help line ***but it was hopeless and their employees were not helpful. I'm desperate to resolve this but am unable to get through the Discovery defence. This is theft!
