****ty team Vitality experience - no race cash back received - no answers either

Hi. I have entered and completed 4x cycle races on the discovery calendar, all 4 of them i submitted manually after realising i wasn't getting my points.

Of the 4, I have received Discovery miles for one, and received my 1500 points for the same one

the other 3, i do not have my money back, and i do not have any of my points..

I have followed up multiple times on whatsapp vitality chat - NO real answers given.

i then thought maybe i need to log Team vitality as my cycle club on Racetec - so I go check it out, the result: 1 - I dont know where to find my team vitality membership number (The chat service agents also dont know where to find this) 2 - I decided to use my ID number, and turns out Racetec platform doesnt allow you to list two cycle clubs (Because yes, I cycle for two clubs, and I dont think its fair to limit me to one)
