TWO Weeks of no feedback

My vitality exercise points are greyed out and I'm missing out on the health fund. It's been two weeks and Discovery Vitality can not get back to me on reinstating my points. I'm very disappointed as I'm not being taken seriously at all. In the meantime, my daughter's profile is still locked because of my greyed out points. So frustrating
