Trying to link Apple watch to Vitality

I recently purchased an Apple watch, which I use as my fitness device. I am trying to link the device on Discovery Vitality, but neither the App nor the web site give me the option to link an Apple device. They only give the option to link a Garmin, Tomtom, etc. I did NOT buy the Apple watch through Discovery, but I still need to link the device so I can earn my points for workouts etc.

The problem is that I contacted discovery to query this. I did receive an email back from Comfort Nkwane asking me a number of questions about what error message I got, what model my Apple watch is etc.

There are 2 major problems with his email: 1) It was sent from ********** - how am I supposed to reply to his email and answer his questions if he sends the email from a "no reply" email address???? 2) Secondly, it is obvious from his reply that he didn't read my message properly. He just sent through a standard response.

I am losing valuable points every day as I am still unable to link my Apple device.
