Travel Reward: Luggage pilfering on Kulula.com Flight

My expensive perfume was ****** from my checked in luggage on a Kulula.com flight from Cape Town to Lanseria on Friday 17 May. I am regular and loyal customer of Mango Airlines, but since I recently qualified for Discovery Vitality Travel Rewards decided to try out Kulula.com instead. I did a bit of reading before turning to Hello Peter, and I am one of countless other travellers who have fallen victim to luggage tampering and theft on a Kulula.com flight. While Discovery Vitality cannot be held responsible, I must question the merits of the partnership. The flights discount was one of the main reasons for joining Discovery Vitality, but I have no desire to use the airline again. I urge Discovery Vitality to put pressure on the rewards partner to solve this ongoing problem.
