Travel benefits

<p>Upon trying to make use of Vitality travel benefits, the service received from ComAir has been terrible. One is not allowed to book multi city international flights on the webiste, which then requires you to call an call center agent. You then get charged for this, basically charged for something you want to avoid but your not allowed to. It is basically impossible to get hold of the "Special Projects"departments. Upon receving a quote for a flight, I have tried 10 times to phone the call center to confirm the flight, either the line is dead or you are put on hold for 10+ minutes. The quote is only valid for specific period, which will noe expire as I cannot confirm the fligh with anyone. Another reminder of why you should never book flights through a call center. I would advise that people are afforded the opportunity to book online, and not pay for terrible service. Discovery, please partner with organizations that are as focused on service as you would like to be.</p>
