Travel Benefit - Diamond Status - Unable to book online since Saturday

We have been trying to book flights (I have tried 8 times!!!!) via Discovery Vitality since Saturday evening. The cost of the flight is R6911 - payment goes through on the credit card and then reversed! I then receive the following error - Sorry there is a problem with your booking. You have not been charged. The following product could not be booked. Phoned the number *** and am told the Vitality website is not refreshing and the price of the tickets are about R2500 more per ticket. Come on Discovery - surely it does not take three days to sort out a technical problem. No point being on Diamond Status if we can not book our flights .
