Transferring my vitality membership to virgin acri

I logged a complaint two weeks requesting for my discovery vitality to transfer my vitality to Virgin active so that I can only be charged vitality rates it's going into the 4 week and I have not received any response and due to this I have paid the full installment membership of R709 for January and February and I am paying every month for vitality.i honestly feel that I am being ****** of my hard earned money
