Totalsports card taking 2+ months

I've been waiting more than two months for my totalsports card, still no sign of it. I've sent multiple emails, every time indicating I am not available on my mobile (in what world is it acceptable to assume that I am?). Every time there is an automated response indicating they tried to call me on my mobile. Absolute idiotic/auto bot/nonsensical responses. What a joke. <br> <br> I can't buy running shoes, which means I can't go running, which means I'm missing my fitness targets which means Discovery Vitality is not doing the one thing it was designed to do (other than extracting cash in exchange for junk service) - incentivizing healthier choices.<br> <br> This is after I had to wait more than a month for my credit card. Go back from hence you came, you automaton devils.
