Too bad Tom Tom users, no Vitality Active Rewards for you!

<p>I signed up for Vitality Active rewards with the idea that I will get reward points for running with my TomTom watch. I did register with map my fitness before the stated date (I think it was 18 march?). My rewards were working fine up until the end of June. None of my Tom Tom runs are being updated to vitality rewards.</p> <p>I contacted Discovery Vitality. They simply said the agreement with Map my Fitness ended 30 June and that they are waiting for Tom Tom to create a direct link between their app and Discovery. They cannot tell me when this link will be complete?!!!</p> <p>I will be losing all of the points that I am currently earning (our money back on life insurance may also be affected by this). They stated that there will be no way for me to get points for running while TomTom has not created the link. Discovery is doing absolutely nothing to compensate for this!!!</p> <p>They simply said that Tom Tom offered compensation in the form of some kind of vouchers for Tom Tom users, but you had to notify them before 15 July that you are a Tom Tom user. How was I supposed to know I needed to do this as I was not notified of this?</p>
