Tired of fighting vitality

I am tired of fighting Discovery Vitality for my vitality points. On the 07 October 2015 we had a Discovery Wellness Day at the office. I had to fight them to get my points allocated to me after three weeks. I then decided to start the Parkruns I have done two already however I am still waiting for my points to be allocated. I have sent two emails to vitality with no response except for the reference number. I am sure it is time I cancelled Vitality seeing that it is not working for me.
