Thrown to the sharks

<p>Be careful when dealing with discovery, had an issue with my emails going to going to my inbox from them, thought my apple watch benefit was coming off my card.</p> <p> </p> <p>First time I found out about it is from Shapiro Shaik to collect the outstanding amount. Immediately realise something is wrong & try to settle & sort it out ASAP as I havent been "dodging" payments. Find out the collectors have added R3000 on top of the R2800 that Discovery said I owed as a final settlement less than a month prior.</p> <p> </p> <p>Try to resolve with Discovery & settle the amount I owe, am glad to do that but just get told it's been handed over & I have to pay the R5800, can't help me or escalate it or get a manager to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>I understand the issue was on my side with my emails & not theirs but have tried to resolve as soon as I found out I really don't need to be dodging R250 pm payments please.</p> <p>Will be moving my 4 members off your medical aid asap, nice way to treat a customer of more than 10 years.</p>
