Third time request

I submitted a complaint last week regarding a person called Kholofelo Marutha. After he did a shabby job of doing a cancelation, he decided in order to rectify the error, he will contact me and make me seem like i'm the one at fault, when the conversation happened and he realised his tactics were not going to happy he irritated me. To date I still have not received my money back and i have not received any sort of feedback as to why all this mess was never communicated to me
