Think Twice Before Joining Discovery

Think twice before joining Discovery! Discovery punts joining Virgin Active and getting rewards as a result of swiping your card at the gym … I am one of several customers that fell for this and ironically the points don't get credited and no one can help me. It says on the Virgin Active system its working but ironically Discovery's IT cannot fix the problem and load it on my profile. I have been waiting a response from their corporate office about my points being credited to my vitality since February 14th 2018. I have called, emailed, gone back and forth to see a representative at Virgin active - nothing gets done. I have missed out on 4 months of rewards because no one wants to fix the problem.
