THEY CATCH YOU WITH THE SMALL PRINT

Disgusted at the way such a large Company hands you over to debt collectors after we resigned due to wife losing her job. End result is small print, they don't care, they hand you over and the debt collectors charged more than the amount we could not pay at the time due to unemployment. ALL THIS after being members for many many years.... DISGUSTING , Money hungry. Gone are the days of personal service and genuine care for a customer... BEST OF LUCK
