Their Kulula booking platform not working

I have tried to book the venue called "The Nest". The Kulula platform keeps dsiplaying the "oops, something went wrong" Kulula staff say its Vitality Vitality staff say its Kulula I am a vitality customer. No one has solved this problem. Whats the point of the whole vitality program if i cant use it to book a holiday?
