The worst service all the time from Discovery vitality

I have really had it with Discovery vitality. Their service is terrible, my vitality profile was incorrectly loaded. I queried it for months and when the finally got it right, they failed to load all the beneficiaries. I had to log another query to fix that. A month later my profile disappeared and this has been happening every mont for the past 6 months. With everything going wrong, no one from discovery bothered to call me and when I did log a call (every month) no one ever phoned to provide feedback, I always have to phone back to follow up on all the issues I had, which were all related to their systems issues
