The worst call centre IVR!

Discovery Vitality has the WORST IVR!! When contacting them by phone, it takes 3 and a half minutes of selecting various menu options to get through to an agent. Then there's this verification system with the OTP that you have to enter that you get via SMS: Even after entering all that the agent still did security verification with me. Discovery - fix this mess!
