The Vitality App is driving me crazy!!!

If the Vitality app cannot accurately update with my activity events - what is the point??<br> <br> 2 weeks ago I did not achieve my goal - not because I was lazy, but because my Virgin Active workout did not reflect on the app...<br> <br> On the 1st of Feb I did just short of 9,000 steps - as recorded on my Fitbit Charge HR (which is linked to my profile and the app) - and I earned ZERO points, the 1st of Feb is not even reflected on my activity history.<br> <br> Yesterday I completed just short of 13,000 steps - again, recorded on my Fitbit; went to bed with 950 points, only to wake up this morning with only 900 points!!<br> <br> I will not be paying for the Apple Watch if the activity levels are not accurately recorded on your app - fix it!!! I am happy to give you back your watch - if I knew it would be such a hassle, and that I need to constantly check whether Discovery accurately tracks my fitness activities, I would have let the watch be... it is like being held hostage!!!<br> <br> Pathetic! <br> <br> And no, I do not want an extra smoothie - I want the app to work! Accurately, and all of the time. If you can't get it right, remove the app and stop the challenge...
