The new vitality active rewards

With Discovery Active Rewards, getting one reward for achieing my fitness goal and getting one reward for a team reward, it has honestly motivated me to exercise since I don't want to let my team down and I also would like a free reward. These incenives have on numerous occasions made me exercise on a Friday evening, just so that I can achieve my goal. But now Discovery what have you done!!! Not only have you taken away the team rewards, but you have comined the drive and active rewards... thus if I don't drive according to your specifications but I achieve my fitness goal (which is what the rewards are for...) I don't even get one reward... I know only get a 50% discount. I already spend money on getting active (gym equipment, using productive time to exercise, gym expenses, fitness devices, healthy food - which is more expensive than unhealthy food), now I get to pay for my reward too..........?? I am paying for a good service (which is what I have been getting up to now!) but in 2018.... this complaint is going to be the first of many. You have disappointed your consumers and have just managed to demotivate me with regards to exercising. No point in exercising on a Friday evening to achieve my fitness goal if I'm only getting a 50% discount on my reward (which is merely a drink). Yes, these surprise rewards are wonderful, however they only come every 3 weeks - and most of them is money that you can spend in some shop which has nothing to do with getting active. You have set the goal too far.
