Was conned into joining Discovery Health by their “offer” to give you back R250 a month for 3 months if done before June 2020. This was confirmed by the phone consultant who said it would be paid directly into my bank account. WELL!!! 4 months later and I have not had 1 cent back after numerous calls, promises and excuses. I really thought Discovery was a professional company but I’m sorry to say that my experience is the opposite!!! Shockingly bad customer service!
