Thanks Discovery and vitality for taking my money

Took my money for a flight … and never issued me a ticket through Kulula, had to book another ticket costing 4x the amount …. To make my meeting over the weekend

Made a complain at OR Tambo airport, and was told my refund for my 1300 vitality ticket was in process and 38 days later … no refund at all

Have left numerous emails to people at Comair, kulula and BA named Dene and Leana … with no reply as well as a lady named charnelle and she doesn’t get back to me after corresponding previous with her regarding a previous ticket

I have emails with my payment invoice as well as flight codes for my flight that the system glitched and never issued my ticket

Shocking service!!!!!! Poor communication!!!!!! And incredibly **** telephone service ….

Being with Discovery for years as well as vitality and think it’s shocking having to wait for either them or their friends Comair kulula or British airways to come back to me
