Terrible vitality support, doesn't work

Discovery Vitality is a mess. I am paying so much to have vitality and it's benefits but when it comes down to it it doesn't work.

Discovery and Virgin active had a promotion where you could join for free, get two months free as well as recieve a gym bag, however when I tried to join it was one issue after another, first they had duplicate entities they logged the issue and then I had to wait 3 days for feedback. They said they resolved it, when we tried joining again but the issue was still there, once again they logged a ticket and another 3 days passed, they say they solved the issue and try again, now my vitality policy isn't active and there is no way for me to activate it. I talk to them again and once again all they can do is log a ticket and now I have to wait again 3days Min to see if they can resolve the issue and hope something else doesn't go wrong this time. I missed out on the promotion and will have to pay joining fees now as well as miss all the other benefits so just terrible support all over
