Terrible travel rewards partner

I cannot understand how such a big company like Discovey can think of doing business with kulula - comair. I am currently a vitality member (family vitality), and I am starting to wonder if the vitality premiums are even worth it. I'm sorry Discovery, you advertise that having vitality has so many benefits, but it is pointless if your rewards partners are unable to deliver efficient services. I have had the most ********** experience with kulula. I had made a booking using vitality as they are the only rewards travel partner you have for local holidays and now I am out of pocket substantially. The biggest attraction for me to vitality was the travel rewards- I now have to re-think keeping my vitality- I really don't think its worth the exorbitant premiums.
