Terrible service from Vitality Points Team

I sent numerous emails to allocate my points, i follow their earn points manually system, nothing works, i have just joined them and the response from their call centre is of no help and no one that i have dealt with thus far is willing to solve my problems, its a ping pong match.

Very poor service. I will look to change next year, much better service providers.
