terrible service from Vitality

I spoke to half the vitality call centre if not all of them since January 2018, and the supervisor Tshepo B, who said by the 1st March shoe booster and other boosters will be available to activate( a story that still makes no sense why they are not active from 1st January>???) it is the 5th March today and still I cannot activate shoe booster, it still wants me to pay but I have paid for Team Vitality, which then was supposed to give me free shoe booster, I registered for Team vitality to get shoe booster, because I have been trying to registr for shoe booster without any luck, but someone that I spoke to on the 31 jan said I must register then for Team vitality I will get shoe booster for free and immediately, its March now I still cant get shoe booster...so all this is false advertising. I want my R450 refund, you can keep your shoe booster madness. I have send emails to vitality and Tshepo B since 1 March no response, I am fedup, REFUND ME
