Terrible service from Discovery Vitality

I've recently dealt with Team Vitality, and Vitality over the phone and email. It's been been a PAINFUL experience. The staff are not skilled at all in dealing in queries. Whilst holding on, it keeps saying please hold on for our skilled agents, I thought that was a joke. No one is able to help. I personally find Team Vitality a painful experience. It's easier to join another running club. The last 2 weeks have been painful dealing with Vitality. You thought home affairs was bad, try Vitality. Good luck
