Terrible service and zero resolution to issues raised multiple times.

Totally and utterly fed up with the service received from Discovery Vitality and its rewards program is a ****!

Almost a whole year's vitality premiums were paid, with no cash-back rewards paid out as per the promise of their policies. Every time we waste our air time to try and rectify the issue, a different excuse is given. I cannot wait to leave this company as a whole and move all my policies and other products to another more reliable company.
