Terrible service and Experience

No Service at all!!! I had a 2 free months vitality offer, to my surprise my bank account was debited. When I contacted the call centre to enquire I was told the free months was not loaded on my account and the matter would be invested and feedback provided after 2 days and I’ll get a call from them.

It’s well over 2 weeks I’m still waiting to be called back with an answer and for my issue to be resolved which now going to affect my gym membership.

What an appalling service, it’s a shame really!!!!
