Terrible service

I'm so disappointed with your service I don't even know where to begin. I logged a query on the 11/10/18 with regards to the sterkinekor benefits for my kids. Everytime when I try to purchase the movie tickets, I get a message that they haven't completed their online assessment review. Your *********** staff seems so clueless. I received a feedback that the matter has been resolved which is not true. I have done the assessment for my kids and they deserve to enjoy the benefits. Please treat us with some respect as I'm now spending money and time trying to solve this. ********** 321
