Terrible or no service

As a diamond vitality status member one would expect much or any service. After cancelling the medical aid and requesting the vitality points to be moved to our life insurance, they bluntly ignored the request and cancelled the Vitality. This too has happened to our friends in the same way. Absolute no service whatsoever from them and their so-called brokers. Will NEVER recommend discovery or any affiliations to anyone. Just a huge *******!
