Terrible Customer Service

We decided to join Vitality and I have never experienced such terrible systems and service before. They took over 2 weeks to activate my vitality and then proceeded to cancel my partners after being active for 1 week for no reason. I would maybe have used them to do my investments as well but after this, looking at a new medical aid instead! Really unhappy with the experience from a company that prides itself on “customer satisfaction “
