terrible company

Quick to take R5000 every month from your account and hundreds of their "consultants" phoning you throughout the year to sell their products - but when you mail them - you get absolutely no response. My vitality was cancelled due to MY negligence. I phoned them to reinstate it (I used to pay R250 a month now all of a sudden I have to pay R600). Virgin active reinstated my gym membership but Discovery just ignores my requests and emails. I want to cancel ALL my products with this useless company (Medical aid - NEVER been used in 10 years btw, Life insurance, retirement fund. I will rather go over to momentum, thx.
