TERRIBLE CALL CENTRE AGENTS
PLEASE THEY NOT PUT A CLIENT ON HOLD EVERY TIME FOR AN ENQUIRY FOR 45 MINUTES !!!!!!

08 May 2024, 09:40I just down graded from Classic Comprehensive to Classic Saver Medical Aid NOT CANCELLLED Vitality now I do not have gym access and got to pay gym fee + Vitality fee TO VIRGIN ACTIVE NOT GET A REFUND from Discovery and got to pay a REACTIVATION FEE at the gym !!! And just try to call them YOU WILL BE PUT ON HOLD FOR 45 minutes … 😡 SO UNHAPPY

08 May 2024, 09:43Had 55000 Discovery miles monotised it into Discovery Bank OH WIOW I WAS SUDDENLY ON - MINUS 43000 points with NO EXPLANATION FROM NO MANAGER NOBODY CAN EXPLAIN WHY I GOT TO EARN ANOTHER 43000 points TO BE ON ZERO !!!!!! ?????
