Terrible and unreliable Service received from Discovery Health

I paid my portion of an MRI scan directly to the radiology department at a private facility in Brackenhurst in Alberton. When Discovery debited my Medical Savings account, I contacted them and they promised to credit my saving account with the amount of R3470. I have subsequently made a number of calls and their staff calling me back is making promises that my money will be credited. To date I am still waiting on my credit, I rather get calls from one of their staff wanting to get a rating on the services they provided. How on earth can I provide feedback on such terrible services. I seriously want my money returned, or I will have to go to the Health Ombudsman. I sent the proof of payment and the lady from Discovery called to confirm proof of payment received. What more should I do to get my money returned to my savings account
