Team Vitality - yet another Discovery Vitality lie

Joined Team Vitality in December 2019 after an email where they committed to pay out cash back on the 94.7 ride for 2019 (which I had entered and completed). I rejoined and paid prior to the cut off date they had indicated in their email.

They did not pay out the promised cash back in December 2019 as they had committed to. Contacted them to find out why they ****. They (Team Vitality) responded by e-mail on 10 January 2020 and commuted to pay on 27 January 2020.

Come 27 January 2020 and nothing was paid. These guys are proving to be nothing more than ***** and *******.
