Team Vitality - What a disappointment

When I first read about the Team Vitality feature, I was so excited and thought it was a very good idea. This was published in one of the newsletters towards the end of 2014. In this very same newsletter, they stated that it would only be activated in February 2015 but if you would be interested then you are to send your ID number to the given address, which I did, almost immediately. When February finally arrived, I completed all the forms and paid my registration fees to join the running team. They also promised a very appealing \starter pack"... which to date"
