Team Vitality to busy to get back to you

I joined the team Vitality Cycling and running club and got a welcoming email saying my kit would be delivered in 7 days. My online profile indicates that I am in fact a member of team vitality running and cycling club. That was 15 December 2015. I emailed on 07/01/1979 got this a my reference number *** to find out when I could expect delivery of my kit, but Nobody got back to me.<br> <br> I have just phoned, waited on the line for 15 minutes to finally get through only to be told that they have no record of my order. So I have sent another email to find out, but I cant see getting any response out of them.<br> New reference number ***<br>
