Team Vitality - ****Show

If there was an option for 0 stars, we properbly would have see alot of 0, but lets select 1 star. Vitality is great, but if you want to pay for something with absolute 0 value, then join Team Vitality. They are absolutely a **** show. My credit of my account has been logged 2 Nov....They said it was credited and will take 3-4 days. Day 5 and nothing. They customer service is just as ****, they dont reply on mails, dont do the effort in calling you, i had to call every time, they communicate and hide behind facebook chat messages.

They are your tipical sales snakes... once you boarded with them...you are just another debit order hitting their gold mine.

Rather join your local cycling or running club. Your value will be 100% more and yoy will actualy deal with real people. Not at like at team vitality where you deal people who does not realy care and just sit behind facebook and copy and paste **** messages.

Again it feels like i am currently waisting 5min of my life here, but hopefully someone from discovery that has more then 3 brain cells will pick this up and actually go look at my request and where the holdup is of my credit.

I have been asking for proof that my credit has been done and to witch account.. the meaning for proove from tram vitality is "i can confirm it has been done". Again the mentality is a ****show.....
