Team Vitality ****

I subscribed to Team Vitality Cycling on 14 February 2021. I still have not received a welcome email that gives acces to a cycling shirt and discount on Strava. It is apparently due to an account merge. I have called them weekly to follow up. After a month I now asked for a refund since I am not getting anything i paid for, for which they answered that I am subscribed, so they cannot refund me. What exactly have I paid for?
