Team Vitality Running Club lack of service

We have decided to join team vitality as it looked like great idea ito saving money at running races. But this was a struggle to say the least from the start. We registered in November 2015. The starter pack delivery had its own challenges. One package was delivered, but it took more than two months to get the other one delivered. The package that was delivered first did have a 2015 ASA number. If I want my 2016 ASA number I have to go to Sandton to pick it up - closest location to me (East Rand) and seeing that I work full time in Auckland Park - how am I going to get this done? I tried the call center - it takes approximately minutes for an answer. They could not help. Sent a few emails and the only response you can pick it up at Centurion. In my 40 years of running I have never had such bad service from any running club. I will definitely not re-join next year that is if I ever get my number this year. To drive from Auckland Park to Sandton takes minimum of 1 hour, meaning at least 2 hours off from work. Who can afford this?
