Team Vitality running away from delivery
I joined the Team Vitality running club on the 5th February 2015 (as soon as they had fixed all their website problems) and paid the joining fee of R300 with my Discovery credit card on the 5th Feb and completed and submitted my ASA application form to Team Vitality on the 6th February 2015.

Since then (and we are now almost in May) I have still not received my running vest nor my ASA licence.

Despite numerous telephone calls to the call centre and several e-mails and escalating the issue to 2 different Team Vitality mangers, I am still waiting.

What is most frustrating is that Team vitality have my ASA licence number but refuse point blank to send it to me until they receive stock of the running vests. I am not sure why I did not get a running vest from the first allocation of stock as I must have been one of the very first people to join the club.

Without my ASA licence (which Team Vitality have), I have to pay for temporary licences for the running events I participate in (so have only done 2 events so far as am missing quite a few due to this requirement).

All I want is my vest and ASA licence which I paid for in Feb so that I can run and enjoy the sport!
