Team Vitality renewals

I am trying to renew my Team Vitality but your website has been faulty for the last three weeks. How can a gigantic entity like Discovery not have competent staff to attend to this problem. I cannot continue because there is no cashback account specified. Yet, that section on their website it is blank and there are no options to select, edit or enter data. Surely there must be a workaround to register for team vitality while your *********** IT department attends to this problem?
