Team vitality is a waste

I feel ****** by discovery vitality , and the shoe booster benefit . Did everything as per instructions and upon completion of my shoe booster benefit and going about renewing the benefit 2 days after it has ended . I Have been told I still have to pay an additional amount on top of already paying R 375 for team vitality that would have negated the additional once off fee for the shoe booster benefit. I had been told that I should have taken it within 30 days of team vitality being activated (March 2019 ) . The only problem with that is that my shoe booster benefit only ended on the 17th May 2019 and I am meant to forfeit almost 3 months of money back returns. All of this information was not even known to the consultant and I don't know how the consumer is supposed to know this ... Utterly disappointed in discovery
