Team Vitality Fiasco

I signed up with Team Vitality for my wife and I. They charge R300 per person to sign up for the Team Vitality pack which includes some vouchers, clothing and various discounts for running. A month later after taking my money I have yet to receive anything from discovery, emails to Team Vitality took 2 weeks to get a response which was obscure and claimed to be due to \high call or email volumes". This is always the case"
