Team Vitality Club Licence Numbers not received

We registered for Team Vitality sole because of the club licence numbers. However when we went to pick the licence numbers up the consultant informed my husband that Discovery does not register numbers for Gauteng North. This was the only reason for us joining Team Vitality. We requested a refund but the consultant informed us that they do not give refunds because of the benefits given with the registration of Team Vitality. We are still waiting for these benefits to reach us. We do already have all the gear given with regards to the voucher excreta. I want a refund in order to go and join another running club, If the fact that Team Vitality does not give out licence numbers to Gauteng North was clear, we would not have joined the club.
