Team Vitality cash back never paid on time and always having to query

I am a member of Discovery's Team Vitality and one of the benefits is cash back for completing certain races.

Their big mouthed promise is that cash back is paid at the end of every billing cycle (monthly). Previously, at least in my case, cash back was paid quarterly.

In the fourth quarter of 2017 I took part in two events that according to Discovery Vitality qualified as cash back events. These were Satellite and Tshwane Capital Classic Road races entered and completed in October and November 2017.

In January 2018 I sent a query wanting to know when my cash back would be paid to me. The dumb butt answer I received was that the information had been received late from the race organizers and as a result it was delayed. I call that a blatant lie as the Vitality points generated by these events would reflect within a few days for the same event. So the information and confirmation of completing the events is already within their records, it's just administered in a urine impoverished manner.

Secondly, they refused to give me an answer as to when the cash back, that I am legitimately entitled to, would be paid to me.

I sent a follow up query in last week on the same matter and absolute silence from Discovery Vitality on that.

Also I hereby wish to point out and emphasize that in the two prior years that I have been a member of Team Vitality, they have woefully failed to ever pay my cash back for competing in , and completing qualifying events on time. It has always been me contacting them to find out why the cash back is late and when they will be paying.

Despite previous requests for a form of statement to track the events and the cash back, this is also sorely lacking. And there is no way for me to trace this through the discovery website.

You would think that the same guys who operate the cash back system for Healthy Food and Healthy Gear that works on time first time can fix up the trash in one of their other departments.

And for the record I am not expecting this matter to be resolved with any urgency or efficiency. In the two previous years all that Discovery Vitality has proven to me when it comes to sorting out the Team Vitality cash back payments is that apathy and uselessness prevails.

I also do not expect them to contact me directly to apologize and sort out the situation. Their usual modus operandi is to post a stoopid reply on this forum and then fail to reply to responses raised on their aforementioned stoopid reply on this forum.

Let's see just how correct I am in my statement.

Reviewer Update
Still no response from Discovery Vitality on this review. The clowns sent a reply to my e-mailed query indicating that they paid my 2017 quarter 4 cash back on 30 October 2017. There seems to be no end to the incompetence amongst these clowns in the circus. What clown has the authority to give an inaccurate response that is so riddled with stoopidity? This clown obviously does not understand that payment for rewards in a specific quarter will only happen at the conclusion of that quarter. Had this clown actually read my e-mail and analyzed the facts, it would have been obvious that the cash back paid on 30 October 2017 was in fact cash back for an event that took place ion Quarter 3 of 2017, being 01 July to 30 September 2017. Obviously this bunch of clowns are misinformed and lack the basic competency to perform their duties. I have also asked them on numerous occasions to contact me telephonically to ensure they are aware of the situation and the problem being experienced. But, alas, these clowns continue to spew a lot of trash and inappropriate facts and lies in their responses because they do not understand what the problem is and fail to do something simple like call the client to ensure clarity on the problem. I have also asked on numerous occasions for the ringleader of this bunch of clowns in the circus to grow a backbone and contact me to put out the fires, but the ringleader is obviously the biggest clown. Actually the ringleader is a jellyfish, because there is no spine evident. Yesterday I called Vitality around 16h00 and the clowns at Team Vitality had already left. That in itself is pathetic enough. I then asked the consultant who fielded my call to have the matter escalated higher up the organization via her seniors and department heads. I specifically requested that she bypass the clowns in Team Vitaility and rather get the head of Vitality to sort out that bovine fecal matter circus that puts a stain on the rest of Vitality. The reference number I was given for the matter was ********** 094. Let's see if Team Vitality will now grow a backbone, or if Vitality in general gives a rat's **** about the damage being done to their clients by Team Vitality.
