Team Vitality ASA License

<p>I joined Team Vitality and as part of the deal as I am in North Gauteng, I can buy a license from them as well. Well that has been 3 weeks now and licenses have not arrived, even though all other clubs in the area have them, so it is a Team Vitality only issue. I numerously emailed them and explained my situation as I am running a qualifier and as part of the event rules, you require a permanent license for the marathon. They just keep giving my vague respones, even telling me to buy a temp license, not that I can for the event even and in addition they make their problem mine and asking me to fork out more money. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just felt I got a "we dont care" attitude and I was offered no solution. If I joined any other club, they all have numbers and you get it as you register, so seems I will have to pay double this year to get this solved in time, as a refund will just not be worth the hassle with them, they already have my money.</p> <p> </p>
