Team Vitality a product of Discovery Health

<p>Team Vitality is supposed to be a membership that rewards you for participating in events. I joined the cycling team.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have been paying random (less than they were supposed to) amounts as cash backs. </p> <p> </p> <p>I queried this last year - mentioning all the missing events I participated in and not rewarded for - and they commited to paying the outstanding rewards on their next quarterly reward round. I waited ... they again paid a random underestimated amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>They now keep circling the responsibilty of tge back payments and don't respond to my emails. I have asked for them to escalate this to a manager, but my request is ignored and then sent to the next department(now finance). </p> <p> </p> <p>I really had high hopes for this product. I even tried to become a marshal of this non-existing team. They sent me on a CPR course months and never got back to me about it. I gave up on that too.</p> <p> </p>
